Sukkersøtt Design Team

Sukkersøtt utfordringsblogg har fått nye "eiere" og de søker etter nye DT medlemmer. Eg drister meg til å melde meg på:) Her er mitt søknadskort: Det er litt glitter og sparks på kortet mitt og, men det syns ikkje så godt på bilde;)

Nå er det bare til å krysse fingrene og håpe på det beste:)

Glede

Here is a card made in baby blue, an unusual color for me;) But I must say, I really enjoyed working with the card. Ligth blue is such a summer color for me, water and sunny blue sky.
I've used yet another of my new Magnolia stamps. The stamp is colored with Distress ink and the wings has a touch of glitter. I have also used bking stones and the homemade flowers has also glitter on them.
The boarder is punched out in patterned paper with a MS punch. The wide darker blue swirls are in fact also a ribbon.

I made this card to a special friend of mine who is having birthday soon. The stamp on the front says : "joy" in English. The other text is a Chinese saying. Something about that one happy moment in life brings 100 sorrows on the run. I have used my new Martha Steward scoring board to make this matching envelope. It was really easy to find the right measurements with the scoring board.

Fairy Magnolia

This is yet another of my new purchases. A fairy magnolia stamp. I also bought Tim Holtz frames, they are really beautiful. The fairy is painted with Distress ink and her wings has gotten a hint of glitter.
The flowers you see here is a product of me having a lot of spare time;) I've found a genius way of using all my left over papers after a card: Make flowers out of it. The get a bit of glitter and distress ink on, and I think they are really cute:)
I enter this card to the Magnolia Down Under Challenges. They want a card with swirl.

Sommerlig kort

Er på ferie hos svigers i Brummundal. Typen er ute å lager mur i hagen, så då blir det ein del tid til å lage kort;) Her har eg laga eit kort til ein utfordring hos Scrappekammeret. Vi skulle lage kort i kvitt, brunt og turkis
Var å storhandla på Bikuben i Strømmen da vi kjørte opp til Brummundal. Fy søren for ein stor og flott butikk. De hadde jo ALT! Da kjøpte eg bla mange nye magnolia stempeler, som det eine du ser her. Kjøpte og filmrullen fra Tim Holtz. Den er jo bare genial! Magnolia jenta er mala med Distress ink og har og fått litt glitter på vingene.

Alle kantene er rufset til og sverta med Distress ink.
